WHAT SETTING SHOULD ABOUT THE ADJUSTABLE BRACKET BE AT?
Ideally, the Adjustable Bracket is set at its lowest setting to provide the least headroom requirement, keeping the top of the bracket as low as possible without allowing the accessory (once fitted) to interfere with door openings.
HOW MANY BRACKETS FOR MY ACCESSORY?
Racksbrax Adjustable Brackets are sold in double packs or triple packs.
1. Firstly, the number of brackets must not be less than the number of brackets
(support points) recommended by the accessory manufacturer
2. Secondly, the number of brackets must equal the number of RacksBrax HD Hitches whose load capacity is 20kg/44lb per load point
Shipping times
Shipping times are a guideline only and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak period e.g. sales and promotions periods, wild weather or other courier delivery issues which are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond RacksBrax’ reasonable control. If you place your order over a weekend or public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday to Thursday).

Free standard shipping is available to customers with orders over A$250.00.
Changes to orders
Once an order has been placed it is not able to be edited, added to or cancelled. Please contact sales@racksbrax.com for any further information.
International shipping
International shipping is not available at this time; orders placed on this website can only be delivered in Australia. Contact one of our international distributors to see what is available in country.
Same day dispatch
All orders received by 2.00pm on a Monday to Friday will be packed and shipped that day. Orders after 2.00pm will be shipped the next business day. Once your order has been packed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email from RacksBrax which will include your Australia Post eParcel (or StarTrack) consignment number so that you are able to track your order.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All couriers are defaulted to Authority to Leave (ATL).
Lost or damaged goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit please contact sales@racksbrax.com during business hours. If you have not received your order within the above recommended delivery time frames, please contact us so that we can assist you.
Returns
Engineered Touring Solutions Pty Ltd (RacksBrax) may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products within 30 days where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause. Where refunds are granted these will be credited to the credit card used for purchase or to your PayPal account.
