XD SIDE TWIST BRACKET

The XD SIDE TWIST BRACKET is a universal solution designed to significantly reduce headroom above a roof rack fitted with an awning by 100mm once the awning is removed and the bracket is stowed. This universal bracket must be used with the RacksBrax quick release XD Hitch, which allows for quick and easy removal of the awning. Simply remove the awning in seconds with the XD Hitch, and to stow the bracket, unscrew the eyebolt, twist it 90 degrees from the vertical to the horizontal, reducing headroom to just 50mm, then screw in the eyebolt. No tools required—it’s that simple!

• The LONG FOOT version is ideal for most universal platform-style roof racks with longitudinal slat configurations (without a perimeter lip).
• For platform-style racks with a perimeter lip, bracket packers are required (not included).
