Shipping times
Shipping times are a guideline only and subject to change. Changes to orders

International shipping
International shipping is not available at this time; orders placed on this website can only be delivered in Australia. Contact one of our international distributors to see what is available in country.
Same day dispatch
All orders received by 2.00pm on a Monday to Friday will be packed and shipped that day. Orders after 2.00pm will be shipped the next business day. Once your order has been packed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email from RacksBrax which will include your Australia Post eParcel (or StarTrack) consignment number so that you are able to track your order.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All couriers are defaulted to Authority to Leave (ATL).
Lost or damaged goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit please contact sales@racksbrax.com during business hours. If you have not received your order within the above recommended delivery time frames, please contact us so that we can assist you.
Returns
Engineered Touring Solutions Pty Ltd (RacksBrax) may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products within 30 days where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause. Where refunds are granted these will be credited to the credit card used for purchase or to your PayPal account.

WHY AN XD BAROUD 270 ADAPTOR?
The RacksBrax XD Hitch is designed to permit the fast release or fast loading of wing style awnings with vertically spaced mounting points in the range of 100mm to 120mm. A number of awnings do not fit this requirement including the Baroud 270 and the Baroud Frontier awnings. The XD Hitch, in combination with the XD Baroud 270 Adaptor (DOUBLE) 9116, enables these awnings unique mounting points and M10 fasteners to be fitted to the XD Hitch.
For dimensional details on the XD Baroud 270 Adaptor see Figure 2. Note that the XD Hitch does not fit to the James Baroud brackets. RacksBrax recommend the RacksBrax XD Adjustable Bracket Range (DOUBLE) or the RacksBrax XD Side Twist Range (DOUBLE) for this. See more information below relating to the correct bracket for your roof rack.
NOTE: Read these instructions in conjunction with the instructions for the
RacksBrax XD Hitch RB-INS-009 supplied with the RacksBrax XD Hitch. Some fasteners supplied with the XD Hitch are used in the attachment of the Adaptor to the XD Hitch Holder.
HOW MANY XD HITCHES/XD BAROUD 270 ADAPTORS?
Racksbrax XD Hitches and the XD Baroud 270 Adaptors are sold as separate products.
The James Baroud 270 Awning and the James Baroud Frontier Awning require 2
brackets, 2 Hitches and 2 Baroud 270 Adaptors.
